edit: granted you could buy and assemble all the parts yourself for waaaay cheaper, but whatever, in this scenario i'm wealthy and therefore about 7 and a half grand is NOT a huge concern.
shit i could write it off as a business expense.
I'm surprised they don't offer gold trim and cheetah blood anoinment
They don't list them on the website. People without money might taint the product.
hey now... they're not all that ridiculous for custom gaming pc's.
like i said, i designed one on this one website that they said i'd need to pay them THIRTY THOUSAND DOLLARS for.

like i said, while i was designing it i was pretending to be some kind of multi-billionaire bill gates type fellow, so money really did not matter AT ALL, and it had so much ram that there is no current operating system that could even run it.
I just went through and built their super Enigma computer all the way up. It should be over 10 grand, but it Glitched down to 900 on the price. I wonder if they would honor that?

Horse shit. You can address 2 terabytes of main memory on lots of server oriented OSes. RAM, not disk.
Did anybody see that Kingpin movie with Woody Harrelson and Bill Murray? I loved the part of the movie where they were trying to earn some money by gambling at random places, and they ended up in the mansion of some... mafia-ish guy who had a bowling alley in his mansion.
I want a mansion with a working bowling alley. It is totally impractical and expensive, but that would be so awesome.
you're actually best off picking even numbers for lottery
reason: You have an equal chance of winning with any set of numbers, but you will win more if you pick numbers that other people don't pick. Odd and especially prime numbers seem 'more random' to us when picking random numbers, so we pick them a lot.
That is necessarily what it would mean. Money exists as a device to regulate the distribution of goods and services. If you can magically have lots of money without anyone else losing any, then money loses all its meaning and you get inflation, because the demand for the mountains of stuff you buy with that money would shoot up because of you. That's why the nazis air-dropped fake cash over London during WW2 - they were trying to hurt England's economy.
There are economic transactions that don't involve debt... like getting paid for work or buying stuff. So I'm pretty sure there's more money in the world than there is debt.
Does all the debt and wealth of the world add up to $0?
Don't think so because we have stuff that is worth money? Maybe? Nah I confused myself and thought of about 3 conflicting explanations just then.
I was thinking that going off of the gold standard probably fucked this up too
:?
of course the total wealth of the world adds up to more than $0
leaving the gold standard doesn't change that at all
money is just a replacement for wealth that is almost perfectly fungible
essentially you buy money with your wealth in the form of labor or production or whatever and then buy the wealth you want with the money; doesn't matter whether the money is gold or silver or greenbacks or gorilla urine
edit: think about this, Unintentional:
you buy a house with a mortgage worth $150,000
you owe the bank $150,000, and you have a house worth the same, so the wealth cancels out, right?
no
the bank owns $150,000 worth of your house, an unmitigated asset on their balance sheets, while you have a house with $0 in equity on it, an absolute value of $0 on your balance sheets
no matter how much you owe on it the house is still there and still worth the $150k

and so the first thing i said was no such thing as too much money
and then i think he got offended somehow
i guess if it meant if it was at the expense of other people having money
then its too much

how about... too much ummm
Too much ummm leads to people losing patience with you because you just won't give them a straight answer.

If you get paid, someone had to pay you. They lose money.
If you buy something, you lose money, and someone else gains it.
It's like newton's third law!
