And I need a job, so I want to be a [resume] writer...

It's been a long time since I last wrote a resume. Really, around twelve years. I'm working with some templates, but I'm not sure how to list my job experience. I have held two jobs in my life. The one I'm with now, a grocery store, in management. I've been there since April of 2007. Before that, I was with Gamestop since July of 1996. I started as an SA, and moved up to store management over time. I have a lot of experience in management roles, but I'm curious how to list my Gamestop time. Should I just list it as "1996-2007 Store Manager," or break it down into separate roles?

I'd really like to keep the resume to a page if possible (not a fan of huge resumes, and last I knew one page was what employers liked to see), but I'm not sure what the best way to do this is.

List your most recent job title and mention the progression in the bullets under the job. You can go into detail during the interview.
