TBH I dont think thats anything but a bad photoshop, it doesn't look movie quality at all, that ring is terrible. Its probably some sort of promo material, I mean as far as Im aware there is no actual costume to take pictures of him in, its all CGI.
Ryan Reynolds just doesn't click with me as Green Lantern. Its like Seth Rogen as the Green Hornet. Sure, TLB will like it, but the rest of us die a little inside after each viewing.

So, for interested parties in the New York City area, Forbidden Planet has the Under the Red Hood DVDs for sale; $30 for the two-disc set, $25 for the single disc, and I did not check the Blu-Ray because I do not own a Blu-Ray player. It's not supposed to come out for almost another two weeks and it's "premiere" is happening at San Diego Comic Con, so this is pretty neat.
I didn't get one myself because I simply won't pay that much for a DVD (The two-disc set is $20 on Amazon and I have Prime, so), let alone one that I'll probably just rent and watch once, but I figure others might feel differently and thought I might pass that along here. Someone get it and give us impressions!
Still no pics of Sinestro, definitely want to see what they did with him. They could really have done with a better villain than Hector Hammond for the first film, Ive never heard of the guy before the film was announced.

Is he the guy that becomes Cyborg Superman?
No I think he becomes the dude with the really big head and crazy mind powers.
Well, in the comics the ring makes the suit, sort of a body-sheath construct, which is I reckon how their playing it in this. He doesn't make a costume or anything, when he uses the ring it creates the Green Lantern Uniform. So if they take it that way then having the mask as being really thin and almost painted on would kind of make sense.

The suit's supposed to be all CGI, and they'll probably make mention of the ring bonding with the wearer, sending wires into his body, like so:

I'm fine with the Lanterns willing their costumes into being.
But they're costumes, they've always looked like costumes, discrete clothing that tears and is removable and crap, even on the weirdest aliens in the corps. This shouldn't look like Lantern Icthyosis or some crap.

I'd like to see some shots of Thor that aren't just him, Odin or Loki in Asgard. You know, some Thor on Earth etc, maybe some CGI shots, an actual pic of Thor with Mjolnir. Not that I don't like the Asgard shots as the costumes and set looks rockin' just that we've seen it now.

also, do you think a cgi costume can only exist in video form, or something?

Poor guy, ripped, gorgeous and has a ridiculously hot girlfriend and has super powers thrust upon him. How does he cope?
Do I detect a tone of bitterness? ;-)
Anyway all you guys can dislike this as much as you like but I think Green Lantern looks cool and is going to be good fun to watch.
Solar, be a mensch and quote me.
That mask looks a bit wierd but I can get over it easily. Besides it's all going to be good when he's got his force-field up and is all glowy.
And Ryan Reynolds is so dreamy.

EDIT
Oh my god it's all growing out of him.

Wait, who is the fourth?
So it's Noir, Regular Spidey, 2099, and... symbiote spidey maybe?
Hmm...I think I can get behind that.

That seems to be a very odd choice indeed. Not sure I like the idea of that.
It probably won't happen, because my money is that Nathan Fillon is going to play Ant-man in the Avengers movie.
