Good monthly subscription service?

I have a business credit card; it's for the LLC that I'll eventually use to publish the Flash/iPhone game in my sig. I get billed $10/month unless I use the card on something, and I have no consistent business expenses.

I'd like to attach the card to a useful subscription service with low monthly fees, but nothing comes to mind.

I'd appreciate recommendations; bonus points if I could list it as a business expense with a straight face.

Netflix? Some industry-related publication? Use it to buy some 'business related' gas every month?

    Rhapsody?

Downside: you don't get to keep any music
Upside: you can stream it from a computer, an iphone or android phone, or move tracks to an mp3 player

I don't really buy music so I like it, but some people hate it.

I don't know if Rhapsody does this, but in addition to a Zune subscription you get ten free songs every month too.

On the other hand I think a Rhapsody subscription is a bit cheaper.

Your card has an inactivity fee? That's the shittiest thing I've ever heard. I'll second Netflix, though. Hell, it's only slightly more than what you're paying for nothing.

Whoops missed that. Netflix is an excellent investment too.

It's lame, but it's the only cost to a pretty good business / savings / checking account package.

There are also a few other ways to waive the fee, but they're not feasible for now.

Thanks for the ideas, guys; they're all good.

Just to reinforce it: Netflix is great. The instant movies alone are worth more than the $9/mo I spend.

Pay your internet bill with it. Completely legitimate business expense.

Ha! I read the post, but somehow completely missed the whole "business expenses" thing which was like 2/3s of the post.

Do you have a cloud based backup service?

dropbox is 9.99 a month for 50 gig of synced storage. A few other cloud based services come to mind for backup as well...

Another idea is that you setup a Paypal account to change a dollar to your account each month.

You don't lose any money and you waver the monthly fee?

Why not just pay your cell phone bill with it?

Legitimate business expense right there (especially if you're doing iPhone development). Just set it up to auto withdraw each month.

Thank you all for the ideas, they're good and I'll probably use one of 'em.

I'd go with Dropbox (or some other backup service), your phone bill, or your Internet bill. All are reasonable business expenses. :)
