IMO this is almost certainly the result of someone having a "Put a sentence into the end of the narration" ability. These are generally village aligned are they not? Right now it feels like a bit of a red herring.

Okay I fucked this up, because if I had actually used my powers I'd be able to prove this to you all but this is a little too important:

Well because, I'm the part of Gaga that allows her to communicate with the outside world. Without me, you're all trapped in here, unable to express yourselves. It doesn't matter to me whether the normal psyche or the harmful psyche wins out - just that I survive.
And that I make sure the Serial Killer doesn't.
So, sorry that I can't prove my bonafides to you all today. Also sorry that I'm about to tie up a guard (maybe even a mafia guard?) for the rest of the game. But it seemed silly to let somebody vig me and ruin everything so quickly.
For the village, every villager I seer I will help network.

Well I guess the SK might take him out if he's taunting him so openly. If what he says is true there's only one thing you can be sure of and that's that he's working against the SK. Every seering he gives is untrustworthy if he's cooperating with mafia.
I'd be disappointed if a villager were to use his guard on you.
If we vote him out, we won't have to worry about that right?
I'm with B:L on this one. Ringo, your "plan" to play both sides gives the mafia a bit of an advantage as they have a easy kill to blackmail you with, while the village only has the vote, which is much trickier to utilise and requires somewhat of a reveal. Frankly, at this point you're a liability. If you play your win condition (Survive to see the SK die?) you'll likely end up helping the mafia more.
Yeah, neutral seer? Highly unlikely. Not to mention your role doesn't fit with the others we've seen.

Honestly, I don't think it matters if Ringo is lying or not. If he is, we don't lose anything by getting rid of him. If he's telling the truth, then everyone loses out because for him it doesn't matter who he helps out, as long as he's around long enough to fulfill his win condition. Long story short, Ringo's a liability we can't afford to have, even if he turns out to be the seer.
Actually, it depends on whether or not the SK is killed first. If the SK still isn't dead by the late-game, Ringo has much more to gain by helping the village, because a mafia win while the SK is alive counts as a loss. Ringo's purported motivations are bizarrely close to those of the SK -- play both sides against each other, siding with the underdog to drag things out and make sure more GaGas die.

Yes but early game, mafia can "blackmail" Ringo into doing what they want him to with their kill. The village can't since its much harder to orchestrate a vote on him, and nigh impossible without someone revealing. The Vig could do it but its risky since if he dies, the kill is lost.
Thus we have absolutely no reason to trust anything he says/gives us, because he could just be doing it so that the mafia don't kill him.

I just revealed that I was fucking neutral to the entire game, almost assuredly getting my ass voted. What can they possibly do to me?
The only reason that I even bothered is that the fluff implies terrible things to happen if I die. Otherwise, it's easier just to lay low, hope I get a seer off and then build a network with whichever side I happen to hit first. It's not like it's a sure thing you guys can check my alignment.
