Hey guys.
Just purchased a Toshiba Satellite A500 Series laptop for my deployment. Price was right and seemed to be the best bang for the buck that was offered.
Currently having issues with it randomly freezing up. Full on unresponsive even giving it time to...catch up with itself. Window's 7 is the OS.
At first I thought it was just in need of the Service packs and some other updates, but having gone through that the problem still persists.
Do I just have a shitty model, is the whole product line fucked, is this an easy fix(in anyone's experience)?
I'm basically at the point where I really don't want to deal too much with the crap (considering its brand new), and wondering if I should return it for the same model or seek out a different laptop?
