Does Sony Online have the worst customer service in the whole universe you think?

I swear that the guys behind Everquest and now Vanguard can't handle the forum community at all, they make Blizzard look like freaken Jesus handing out free wine at a hen's party or something crazy.

Seriously whenever I think of my time playing Everquest and my experiences with the customer relations Sony Online and Everquest had all I can see is a picture of me bending over with the Fruit Fucker 5000 teaching me how to be a good customer.

I still have nightmare's about trading my Ruby Breastplate for a Glowing Black Stone that went poof when I was in lower Guk. I was basically told 'go fuck yourself, thanks for playing everquest. Have a nice day'.

Their site explains what fansites they suggest. Don't make such a big deal out of it.

Second, the forum closure was announced months ahead of time.
