    Last week, I received a package in the mail that contained a limited edition Warhammer Online Ork Warboss miniature, and it was paired with a note that was signed "Double-Secret Secret Santa". I've been super busy with work (go retail at christmas!) and have not gotten around to posting about it. I was under the assumption that this was the consolation gift from Wildcat. I put him with my other two Warhammer Online warbosses, and figured that one day I'd make them super awesome Nobz or something. To my knowledge, that was my consolation gift and I switched into "waiting for christmas secret santa mode".

    Today, I recieved a text message from Ayana while I was at work. It looked similar to this:

    I was excited! Finally, a Secret Santa gift before the deadline! This is going to be great! I rushed home and found the box waiting for me. I opened it... and oh my god... shocked does not even begin to describe how I felt...

    First, there was a note. I unfolded it:

    It reads as follows:

    My Lord Nax,

    It grieves my heart, cousin, to hear of your Chapter's losses in the War of the Tychondrius Sphere.


    I know that the Cybele matter has left your remaining forces spread thin and so, cousin, you will find that the bearer of this message of one of my most valued Sanguinary Priests. Indeed, he brings with him a complement of his fellow Guards and the Baal Predator 'Pilum Primarchis, as our gift to you. May their blood mingle with your own and the bonds we share never be torn asunder!

    Inside the box, under this note, was the following:

    Yes... That really is a Baal Predator, a squad of Sanguinary Guard, an Astaroth the Grim, and a ForgeWorld Blood Angel Terminator squad shoulderpad upgrade kit.

    Wildcat... I am truly taken aback, man.... Words cannot begin to explain how much I appreciate this gift, and I will never be able to thank you enough for it.

    I was pretty upset about my summer secret santa going AWOL, and after a less than stellar christmas secret santa prior to that (with super delay issues, etc), I signed up for this Christmas... I will admit though, that I had a conversation with Altmann about how if I had another late gift, or something went wrong again, I may not sign up again in the future... This though... This blows me away, man. You went so far above and beyond the call on a consolation gift, after already sending out a gift to your own Santee... I am just stunned. I will signup for every Secret Santa I can as long as I post on these forums in hopes that I can aspire to bring someone as much happiness as I have been gifted with today.

    Thank you, Wildcat. Thank you for the work you do organizing everything each SS time, and thank you for this gift. They will all be used heavily in any future army lists I create.


    So..... That brings me to the original paragraph in this post... Where did this Warhammer Online Warboss come from?! Who has gifted this to me?! Whoever it was, and for whatever reason I recieved it, Thank you :P
