52 WEEK #37
RED MENACE #3
SPIDER-MAN REIGN #2
ULTIMATE SPIDER-MAN #104
X-MEN FIRST CLASS #5
TRON #3
Maybe, SPIRIT #2, because #1 was fun, and it's a light week.
Gotta love those guys that publish the Lady Death books. All they seem to do is one shots with various cheesecake covers. I guess people can't get enough of fapping to the dark lady in various provocative poses.
I might start collecting Marvel Adventures: Avengers this week.
Aside from that, Y: The Last Man is the only given. I'll check out Ultimate X-Men out of curiosity ([spoiler:0cedc76832]someone's supposed to die[/spoiler:0cedc76832]), Girls out of morbid curiousity, and Ultimate Spider-Man (if only to see if Johnny Storm makes a pass at Jessica Drew).

52 WEEK #37 $2.50
BIRDS OF PREY #102 $2.99
SPIRIT #2 $2.99
Y THE LAST MAN #53 (MR) $2.99
Light week this time, ill probably just pick up Helmet of Fate #1 and Spider-Man Reign unless they stick in some more spider wang and get it pulled again.
Only read USM and Reign so far this week. Both really good. Reign picked it up, still trying to decide if Pete has lost his mind completely…or just a little bit.
SEP063225 BATTLESTAR GALACTICA #5 $2.99
NOV063645 STAR TREK NEXT GENERATION THE SPACE BETWEEN #1 (OF 6) $3.99
NOV063656 TRANSFORMERS SPOTLIGHT ULTRA MAGNUS $3.99
[spoiler:cd587d1eb5]Cyclops is flying Professor X to the battle from last issue, and he's all mad. Slim jumps out because he's angry, and lands safely with Storm's help, and Cable smashes Bishop's time travel box. Then Professor X smashes the jet into the battle because he can't land or something, but protects himself with a telekinetic shield. All of the bad guys save for Cable go back to the future because they're sad.
Then there's a really jarring Thunderbolts ad page with Norman Osborn talking to Bullseye.
Cyclops and Cable fight in the complex, and Professor X crawls over to them, allowing Cable to denonate a bomb, which blows Cyclops out of the building and to safety. When they go back in they see what they assume is Xavier's skeleton and they get a full page of moping panels.
Then Jean blows out of her cell and goes over and everyone explains how Cable must've teleported back to the future.
The death felt, overall, highly insubstantial. A total hollow fakeout, but then again, Kirkman writes some pretty horrible UXM "twists". My guess is that at the second of the explosion, Xavier pulled his already-dead corpse from the future, and teleported away. It's all the rage this week![/spoiler:cd587d1eb5]

and does anyone know if CTHULHU TALES #1 was any good?
Go go Diamond Comics.
You fuckers.
Buy Spirit.
I swear to god, if this book gets cancelled because fuckers aren't buying it.
I will track down every single one of you.
And kick you in the balls.
JordynNolz.com <- All my blogs (Shepard, Wasted, J'onn, DCAU) are here now!
it looks like I can only afford two books
52 is one
and it's a fight between Y and Spirit
On the one hand, I love Darwyn Cooke and I don't want Spirit to get canceled because it's great
on the other hand, Y is fantastic
I would, but all of my cashes go towards propping up under-performing Marvel titles.
But I enjoy it quite a bit.
That means you get to read only half the number of titles you otherwise could.
But I like it and I haven't missed a week yet, so I might as well keep picking it up
Listen, it was either that or a comic with a monkey detective in it. I think we both know the correct course of action in this case.
Give me the money
Please.
That's possible, maybe ill snag it next week.
Get a job, hippie!
I really should
Light week, so I also picked up She-Hulk #14. Both She-Hulk issues were pretty good, and Spider-Man Reign was awesome for one reason
[spoiler:75bf6c6cd2]the fucking hypno hustler[/spoiler:75bf6c6cd2].
Ultimate Spider-Man was awesome, and Fantastic Four was very interesting, and was a pretty good start for McDuffie on the title.
52 was pretty good this week.
Yes.
You buy Spirit.
Not just for yourself, but for your balls.
JordynNolz.com <- All my blogs (Shepard, Wasted, J'onn, DCAU) are here now!
But I do go back to South Dakota now and then.
And at that point, Fargo is quite close.
JordynNolz.com <- All my blogs (Shepard, Wasted, J'onn, DCAU) are here now!
Buy The fucking Spirit.
badly
Also, Detective Chimp was quite good. I like the fate helmet when it's the full face cover instead of the skullcap.
Shadowpact?
yeah but by himself just solving normal crimes
ALL BE HIS PRAISES
Uh...
