I really hope this ends up being a mainstay at both PAXs (PAXes?).

We definitely hope the same. If 6 months is too long to wait for your next jamspace fix, come to magfest where we'll have it running 24 hours a day for 4 days straight.

You guys, I've been with Magfest putting on Jamspace's at a bunch of places over the years and this one was the most fun I've ever had.

SO MANY TALENTED PEOPLE. You guys all rock. The quality of the music was just outstanding, I was floored.

    The recap on my side:

    1) Chrono Trigger jams with Norg on bass, that one guy on drums (WHO WERE YOU??), and [Phoebe? right?] (the red scout) on trumpet. THAT was so good. Can we please start a band? That trumpet playing was unbelievable. The fact that Chrono Trigger is my favorite soundtrack ever is icing on the cake.

    2) Playing "Still Alive" with OCRemix crew and the robot chello player. Good times.

    3) Playing "Free Bird" with a bunch of people and Jon St John (the voice of Duke Nukem) singing. This group was called Duke Nukem and the Forevers.

    4) Chiptunes concert. So many amazingly talented people breaking hardware. And lightswitch raves. Also how about one mr A_Rival, tearing it up with some freestyle videogame rap. What do you know about Street Fighter freestyle??

    5) Secret concerts. We hosted both The Protomen and Metroid Metal in Jamspace on Saturday and Sunday nights, they tore the ROOF off the place. Amazing. We held the equipment together with blood, sweat, tears, and duck tape. (These will not be the last of the secret concerts)

    6) PAX Enforcers. Can you ask for a better, more capable group of people? You don't know what problem solving IS until one of these guys goes to bat for you. You won't find a better group of staffers at any convention, anywhere. It's just always a pleasure.

    7) Speaking of the protomen, I got to do this:

Anyway, until next year when hopefully we get to drive 500 miles to Boston with my car all smashed up with humans and concert gear. Thanks everyone for making this an AWESOME YEAR.

man during the chiptune concert my friends and I first lol'd because someone was ficking the light switches to make lighting effects. but then we noticed, it was REALLY in sync and worked fairly well! To whoever manned the light switches, we applaud you!

Hahahah.... thanks. Yea... that was me. My real lighting rig was about 3000 miles away in Baltimore at the time. I MUST HAVE LIGHTING.

I got to play drums for this, and I can concur that it was an awesome experience. I had never even heard of OCRemix before this; I might have to look into it.
