Because I'd beat the crap out of her with two maces for what she's done.
There's a scene in the book where he talks with
Delphyne
about how he knows Athena's up to something but isn't sure what it is yet. He's also clearly working behind her back and their brief interaction in the issue is Cho mouthing off to her.

He shouldn't think about what plan she's up to, he should just kill her and be done with it. Hercules would approve with two thumbs up.
My moment of the week was Adventure Comics 11, because it ended Mon-El's journey perfectly and connected his stay in the past with Legion continuity. Fables continues to be great. REBELS was good, though it had some really bad art at times.

I liked Fables because it ties into that short story done in 1001 nights of snowfall about Snow White and the dwarfs.
I love that Athena is spawned from his head while Aphrodite is spawned from his dick.
I thought that they portrayed Aphrodite really well too, they didn't dance around the subject, she was clearly the god of having lots of sex and not really interested in much else. In fact all the Gods were portrayed well in the Herc series.
So I liked Prince of Power. Where else could I read about Amadeus Cho?

Incredible Hercules is where he got into an interesting character.
Before that he was in one back-up in Amazing Fantasy and then was in the Incredible Hulk book during WWH where he was a really really annoying mary sue.
But if you start with just Incredible Hercules that's all you need to know (he was a part of the Mighty Avengers under Slott's run).
his entire belief system was shattered by that event!
I'd say it's pretty important!

you mock me with the exclamation points.
Spider-Man's whole character was destroyed with OMD, still doesn't mean you should read it (oh yeah, I went there)
Yes, I am saying OMD is exactly like WWH and Cho. Not really though. I'm just saying all you have to do is wiki it and just move on to the good stuff. The only good thing about the Cho WWH stuff was the Gary Frank art, and the two page fight between Herc and Hulk.

Texiken, you are a silly goose of the highest order
Nah, stories go that Shooter alienated a large amount of his creative talent. Shooter is the reason we didn't get a long Stern/Byrne CAPTAIN AMERICA run, for instance. Shooter is the reason Byrne left FF with #292 (originally, Byrne was going to stick with FF while he did Superman for DC).
Also, large portions of SECRET WARS sucked. The Doom/Beyonder fight was cool, but Shooter's characterizations were terrible (Spider-Man single-handedly beats the entire X-Men team? Jesus fucking christ).
Not to mention Colossus randomly banging alien women.

Shooter was a hard ass with creators, this is true. And sometimes we lost out on things like the Shooter/Byrne Cap run. But sometimes you need to be a hardass with the talent, and it's not like he didn't replace that talent with others, like JR jr, Ann Nocenti, Walt Simonson, Louise Simonson, etc. And while Byrne left at the height of his popularity, Shooter was the guy who helped make him who he was. The guy also helped establish a royalty system for creators and helped push comics beyond being just comics.

plus as far as a title goes, Brightest Day: Justice League: Generation Lost: Part One- Gone But Not Forgotten...doesn't exactly trip off the tongue.
To be fair, she's still Herc's sister*. They probably killed each other all the time when they were young.
* Not sure if her springing fully-formed from ol' Zeus' noggin makes her a half-sister.

You just need to know Cho was a dick, now he's just a bit of a dick. Welcome to dick club.

read WWH, Kyougu
they are not the same thing
WWH is a good beginning, and you get more Kirby the coyote
or do you hate cute things too, TexiKen
But that said yes, I hate the Hulk. I really do, if I became EiC of Marvel I would do three things:
1) Reverse OMD (Kurt Busiek would fix it)
2) Allow characters to smoke again
3) Kill the Hulk
and you clearly lack one
And Jim Shooter didn't have a soul and was the best EiC ever ever. And he wasn't even a good artist to offset his decision making skills!
it's not like transformers are the only thing I like, sheesh
I mean, my love for older Spider-Man comics alone transcends all barriers, for one
Anyways, to get back to a meaningful character here is the best page from Return of Bruce Wayne #1:
Pre-SECRET WARS Jim Shooter was awesome - post-SW Shooter was in idiot douchebag that fucked up more things than he helped.
-Avengers #200
-Secret Wars II
everything else was good.
Also, large portions of SECRET WARS sucked. The Doom/Beyonder fight was cool, but Shooter's characterizations were terrible (Spider-Man single-handedly beats the entire X-Men team? Jesus fucking christ).

But on the upside he's fully qualified to be the EiC for DC.
That's a horrible thing to say, you apologize right now.
