Got any recent experience in your field or projects that you've worked on? List those somewhere along with dates.
1) In the Educational section you can note your speeded up graduation with the Running Start program, something like "Bachelor of Science degree from SMALL CHRISTIAN COLLEGE, in Computer Science, completed early on the Running Start program in May 2004".
2) Unless you plan on actively pursuing your masters (or going back to it) I can't think of an affective way to add it in.
Also, I don't know where you'd add this in but emphasizing your ability to adapt to a situation, work effectively in a team or on your own and being unafraid to ask questions are all good things to have as a developer.
I noted the running start program under edu, added the Skills section, and cut out the tutoring, cause I'm out of space, and don't want to go to a 2-page resume.
edit: You'll also need a cover letter.
You might also want to look up Functional Resumes since your experience really doesn't have a whole lot to do with the career you want to pursue, but your skill set does.
In the Open Source section you don't explain what you actually did on any of the projects. In your resume this and the Private Projects section should be the strong points where you layout your experience since you have very little job experience in the field, but currently you don't even really say what you did on most of them and on the ones you do it's a single line.
I got my Associate's at the same time as my High school diploma.
I've removed the running start stuff for now; that seemed to create confusion. With the addition of the new page, I dropped in a few smaller projects, and switched private and OS projects to make things fit on the page better.
I noted my involvement in the various projects, so that should be more explicit now.
Add in a personal sort of section, hobbies and interests or something like that to the bottom of page 2. Doesn't need to be long, probably about 3 points should do it. It helps pad the resume and I find employers like to know that you have a little humanity in you.
Plus it gives you a casual discussion point during an interview.
Be prepared to tailor this resume to the position you're applying for by the way.
I found when writing my resume that getting examples of friends already in the industry was really helpful.
So here's mine for reference. Spoilered for long

Bullets are great but you really need to help out a hiring manager. Give them some ideas of what you're looking for. What you want to do. That first paragraph should grab a hiring manager and give them a very clear idea of what you're skills are. You want to entice them to read further. You should be selling yourself. And remember you are writing to a hiring manager. Not a techie or even the IT department so try to keep the technical details in but don't try to over complicate it.
As an example here is part of mine:
