    It's an optional card they give you at the Radio station. Normally, no. Which is kinda funny. How would you know about the Team Rocket takeover if you never 'won' the Radio card?

    Quick question

    I have a 31 Speed IV Onix.

    I would like to transfer this to at least one Pokemon of every Egg Group

    What's the fastest chain for that?

    I assume

    Onix
    ???
    \/
    ???
    \/
    Smeargle

    Then go from there but I'm not sure what shares an egg group with
    Onix that has a dual group that's useful.

    For the record Onix is not in the Dragon group. Arbok is but not Onix.

    As far as I know, the Mineral egg group can't breed outside of itself.
