in reality though, if you do everything, your vampire becomes unstoppable and the endgame is just walking around through a bunch of poor humans getting slaughtered, and then pushing the boss into a puddle and laughing at it while it dies

didn't mean to come off as pushy or the such there. I was just mentioning it as a source a extra exp, which I've quickly become aware that every little bit helps. Also because I've just gone through it myself. it's fresh in my head.
Anyway, really enjoying this play through, especially when stuff guts pointed out that I never noticed (wolf at the pier, axe-murderer in the boiler-room, how to get to Lily before the chance disappears forever). Can't wait for more!
Oh man, I installed FCOM, which turned out to be easier than I though with BOSS and Wyre Bash, and have been having a blast with Oblivion since.
Just now I walked into a big cave and heard fighting sounds, so naturally I go in that direction, only to witness a HUGE battle between goblins, spiders, shadow wolves, ogres and imps. It was one big FFA and I jumped right in, hacking left and right. Awesome!
Then I found some chests I couldn't open, so I'll be returning later.

totally going to buy a nice big hard drive at some point, though, that I could use purely for raw footage of game stuff and keep the original video files for as long as I want

so that may be why we had a bit more slowness than normal!

there is such a delay in the first Morrowind video
it seems like rendering the video introduces a delay too, which kinda sucks!
If we want to be real anal about it, we could time the delay it introduces, and compensate in editing.

because really, most of these videos have a half-second of delay at most and that is never ever enough to affect the commentary
hell you can only notice it with the mouse clicks! Maybe I should get a quieter mouse so I don't even notice that
