LoL: Ran ICC 25, after we downed Saurfang the leader ninja'd both armor tokens and the raid blew up.
If you guys had loot rules established, then report him. They may not be able to give the tokens to the right people, but he might get a cooling off ban, and he'll lose them.
Yeah, just ask as you enter the raid what the loot rules are, and screen cap them. If shit goes south, petition a GM, tell them you have the screen caps of rules (and hell, go ahead and roll for shit and screen cap that) and send it their way. I think GM's get a certain pleasure out of screwing those that screw others.
LoL: Ran ICC 25, after we downed Saurfang the leader ninja'd both armor tokens and the raid blew up.
Was that what all the nerd rage was about in trade yesterday? Apperantly there was a raid that kept all the tokens till the end and when the end came... the LM logged out.
Atleast that is what i got from it. Certainly made fishing in the fountain interesting.
Love!: Got Denfense of the Ancients in Strand over the weekend on my shaman. Wow that was epic!
Loath: My priest will never see that one.
Lol: Joined a 3v3 team with my 420 resil shaman. Brutal!
Love - Transfered my 71 hunter to Feathermoon Saturday morning to level with a friend who had a 72 priest going.
Love More - Said hunter is now 74 and BM hunter / priest group means we can do anything northrend throws at us.
Loathe - Hunter had 300 leatherworking, 2 leatherworkers not needed on the same server, so hunter now has 350 herbing Took me most of Sunday to get there but now I can pick as I quest.

Love - An AH camper seems to be trying to intimidate me out of the glyph market by continually moving their character on top of me no matter where I go in undercity. It is having he opposite effect because clearly I'm getting to this person (glyph sale this weekend all glyphs under 7g!).

Yup, that was the same one.
I'm just not gonna run anything with that guild anymore, I had a bad pug running with them before but I guess there's more than one bad apple in that basket.
Disappointed: No pet or scythe from Ahune. The scythe would have been a nice upgrade(plus it would look cool on my warlock) and I wanted to add another pet to my collection(gotta catch 'em all!).
Seriously though, I ran it a lot with multiple characters and didn't get either drop. I think the drop rate is just a little broken on that.

I had 3 characters and ran it each day, my Shaman was the only one who got a scythe or pet.
With all of Blizzard's 'hidden knowledge and statistics' behind our characters, they should keep track if you've been desperately running Ahune every day for something more than a cloak or a [Pocket Full of Snow]

or they simply didnt care because they were fine with it's rarity.
The overall benefit of getting the extra two frost badges is nice. But if you aren't using them for money or trinkets at this point I think there'll be a rude awakening when Cataclysm is live.

Sigh: checking my email compulsively for a beta invite.
Pro-tip: They flag accounts for the beta directly, by hand. The takeaway from this is two things:
1. Blizzard won't flag your account on a weekend, or during a vacation. Nobody's there to hand key in your account info.
2. The e-mails confirmations would get to you after the account has been added to the beta. In fact, you might not even get an e-mail (I didn't). Look at your battle.net account to find out, if you're in you'll see a shiny Cataclysm Beta game pop up in your list.
I know all that, that's why I said it was compulsive.
A hate is I fianlly get into a Weekly for Malygos and was a rather poor run then I get into a 25 man ony run and it was far worse
I then get on my priest and get a really horrible run in ramparts.
I really do not feel like playing right now
Love: Hunter is coming along nicely. Still have a ways to go but am pulling 3000-3500 DPS consistently in heroics. I also seem to have the best luck with him too. NES on first HPoS? Why yes thank you. I may have a new main...
So I decided to just do a series of randoms to see if I could get into Occ for a shot at the drake. Nothing bad happened last couple of days I tried it...I got in within 5 runs each time.
Today I had...
5 UPs (yeah, didn't see the proto-drake either)
3 HVHs
3 HoRs
3 Nexus
3 ToCs
3 UKs
2 OKs
2 DTKs
1 FoS
1 HoS
At least I now have a ton of enchanting mats, a ton of badges to turn into gems, and a good chunk of cash.
And the day after I get Occ first try, but no drake in my bag.
Random dungeon is Random.
Love: Finally hit exalted with Consortium, which helped me get the 25 tabard achievement. Next up: Keepers of Time.
Loathe: After Keepers of Time, the last rep in Outland that I don't have exalted (beyond Scyers) is Scale of the Sands. Yeah, that's not one I think I can solo.
Love: My baby priest hit 69, and can now start doing Northrend randoms.
Hate: heirloom spoiled me, leveling my warrior on whisperwind caused me to die 18 times because I thought I could take on something I couldn't. Level 15 rare spawn vs level 14 me? No problem! Dead. Two level 15 normals? Dead. Arrrrrgh.
I think gnome took pity on me because he ran me through RFC.

Oh it already is. I spent the majority of 68 doing Alterac Valley because the alternative was to end up in endless Sethekk Halls runs.
I just did my warrior's 68-70 by doing the Tempest Keep instances and Magister's Terrace. It might not work as well if you're not a tank, but it was stacks of fun.
I'd forgotten how hard those are compared to the Northrend dungeons.
"Kill the mind control totem! Kill the mind control totem! Oh shit it MC'ed the tank and...that's a wipe"
"Don't let the chain lightning from these guys chain...oh shit the healer is silenced now"
"K, remember to pull these guys back into the previous room because they fear....and you didn't so one of the melee dps ran into another group. Sigh, another wipe."
"Remember to LoS the last boss's Arcane Explosion...yeah, I thought you'd forgot. For the 4th time in a row."
The worst part is that the random dungeon thing is fixated on Sethekk. Like, I was getting it two out of three instances before I switched to queuing for specific dungeons.
Really? When I my hunter was level 67 when the lfg system came out I got a lot of shadow lab runs but few death knights so it was not much of a headache.
But god damn I wish there was some kind of a gear or spec check for clicking what you are in the lfg
Excuse me ret paladin you are not a tank or healer now go back to the realm you came from and try again and is it ever a pain in the ass healing death knights as tanks if you click the TANK button make sure you have defensive gear
Because a death knight threw a 4 year olds hissy fit at my paladin when I asked why they had no defensive gear a lot of stamina gear but in general a lot of crap
When I said that it was hard to keep you alive because you can only take one or two hits before you die and it's hard to just use flash spam because it takes too long with holy light
Love: Being a good DK tank. I get compliments from people shocked that I am the first DK tank that holds aggro and can be healed. Gives me that warm fuzzy feeling in my pants! (if I were wearing pants.)

This will soon turn into rage and self loathing
o_O So it isn't just me.
"Why do you have to drink so much?"
"Why do you have to stand next to the bombs so much?"
Any excitement I had to step into Northrend dungeons was quickly taken from me, beaten, raped, and returned a broken husk of it's former self. I don't know why or how it happens but for some reason the stupid level increases tenfold when you step in UK for the first time.
Love: Engineering! Why yes, I would love some extra ranged attacks and other tanking tools.
Loathe: AOE. Let the mobs at least get to melee range! Let me thunderclap at least once. Please!
Lol: The stone giant boss in HoS bugs out (aggros from the hall) and wipes the group. The healer and two dps say 'Fail tank!'; drop group. The remaining dps and I re-queue and get a new team in 10 seconds. Ha-ha.

I'm considering making my DK my main into Cataclysm... I do like DK tanking and it's going to get even better from the looks of it, talent-wise. I am *slightly* concerned about how the 'slower Rune use' is going to impact tanking flexibility and ability to respond to changing situations however. So I'll have to see how it goes really...
Heh, a while ago I had a druid healer inspect me and see I was tanking as Unholy. He then said "ur a noob blood is tank spec". To which I had to inform him that Blood is a spec used for tanking, and not the tank spec. The other group members, who were chaining instances with me, commented on how I was doing a good job so far. This druid healer just lol'ed and left. We got a Disc priest and mopped the floor with PoS.
In short, DKs are awesome, but they got nothing on my paladin.
I think I just encountered my first dps who que'd as tank "cause I don't want to wait 20 min to do a dungeon" yesterday in Nexus, fortunately the DK dps was MS tank with 50k health. Only other problem was the dps warrior was in heirlooms and greens doing a whopping 500 dps and the other two dps were from the same guild and neither pulled over 1.2k dps.

Heh, that happened to me yesterday. My friend and I queued, and the first tank dropped after the first boss, saying his guild needed him for a raid. The second tank who came in only had 20k health. My friend, who hasn't been playing for a while, said, "mm, that seems pretty low."
I said, "it's low, but understandable for a fresh 80. He should at least have enough avoidance/mitigation, and I might actually have something to heal!"
Until he ate my PW:S in two hits. Avoidance? Not so much. Then I noticed he wasn't in Frost spec... and taking a third of his health in one hit...
I asked, "I don't want to sound mean, but are you def capped? You're also still in Unholy Presence."
Loathe: I ran VoA and the pve hunter pants dropped. It's not really what I'm after but it's an upgrade and the other hunter rolled pretty low so I thought I had a chance. Nope. I rolled a 6.
Loathex2: I run it on my DK and the pvp hunter pants drop from the frost and the fire bosses just to taunt me.

First one goes to a Hunter who can't even break 1200 DPS in almost full 213 Naxx gear.
Second goes to a Boomkin that can't do anything but hit Starfall on CD and single-target Hurricane.
