Easy tips.
If you're a light, use the boltgun. three shots will take out a heavy.
If you're a Medium, use the Grenade Launcher. There's no need to give you a reason for this.
Heavy? Rocket Launcher.
Also, ABUSE the SWT implant. Rarely anyone uses it, and it's the most if not best, helpful implant of all.
