if I give something one of the items that passes down the IV when breeding is it possible for the stat to be higher or will it only pass down the exact IV number? I've got something with 30 speed

It will only pass the exact IV, no more and no less

Just as an alert I am going to be IVing 15 mostly Careful Eevees with a 31 in HP and probably at least a couple other 31s as well (the father has 3 31s and the ditto has all six stats as 31s). In addition they all come with at Wish and False Tears

I'm gonna pick one out of the 15 to EV train but I'll let y'all pick from the rest

In addition, Skull Man: Since I now have a perfect IV breeding ditto I'll let you get any of the rest of my 31 dittos

To both threads: whatever 31 IV dittos SM doesn't pick up I'll give away, I have a 31 for every stat besides ATK
