So I spent the afternoon takin' the rust off a mailbox with an angle grinder so it could be repainted, and now whenever I hold anything with the slightest bit of weight in my hands they shake. They seem to be fine when they're not holding anything, but something like an empty pop bottle or a remote will start them trembling again.
Is this normal, and if so how long will it take for this to go away? Or if not, what should I do about it?

Should be a couple of hours at most. You just spend a good chunk of time holding a large machine that is vibrating at a very high speed and pushing it against another large piece of metal. You hands/muscles are probably trying to compensate for the weight/vibration of the object you were holding earlier in the day.
Sounds normal. I've never used an angle grinder, but back before I had enough actual grass to bother with a lawn mower I used to go over my whole yard with a weed whacker every couple of weeks. I had the same problem after using the weed whacker for a relatively long period like that.

Shut up.
Your hands are just tired. They're probably going to ache a lot tomorrow morning, so go buy some bananas and advil. You'll be fine.
