Best multivitamin?

I currently take One-A-Day Maximum, but I'm pretty sure this is an overkill (especially since it makes my stomach queasy for about 5 minutes after I eat it). I'm 18, in college (so my diet isn't perfect, but I try not to eat junk food), and I exercise regularly. What's the best multivitamin to take each morning?

    This is what I use.

Well, it's Wal-mart generic multivitamin, but close enough.

I could be wrong, but I believe you're not supposed to take things of this nature on an empty stomach. If you are, that could explain the queasiness.

    Nail-on-the-head.
Always take these with food. When I take zinc supplements for a cold, I always take 'em with food, lest I start getting a sick feeling.

I don't believe it - I'm on my THIRD PS3, and my FIRST XBOX360. What the heck?

    Any multi-vitamin is good really.

I read its actually best to take them before bed as your body will slowly digest the vitamin while you sleep. You probably wont feel queasy since you'll be fast asleep.

Well this explains why I was nearly throwing up the entire time I was walking to work. Here I thought it was the water!

I highly suggest looking into NOW vitamins. They are substantially better than any other generic multi. I personally take NOW Adam multis, but may switch over to something a little better, only because I lift weights alot and I'm pretty active. But NOW in general, makes really good products, and their cheap too.

Do you drink a glass of milk for breakfast? Do you typically consume milk during other parts of the day?

Are vitamins important? My dad says to stop being a medicine junkie and that I don't really need them... but I dunno. He's a gastroenterologist, not a nutritionist, so I'm never sure when to believe him on matters outside of his area of expertise. :?:

I takke the Generic Version of One-A-Day Weight Assist from BJ's Wholesaler, with Green Tea extract.

I have to eat food before I take the pills or I will feel like death.

Depends. Some days I have Pop-Tarts and apple juice, and others I eat cereal.
