Stuck in a hospital for a few days can't download a game patch

Like the title says I am stuck in a hospital I would like to download the english patch for Touhou Project Imperishable Night but the hospital blocks direct downloads of .exe files. Can someone just grab the file throw it in a .zip folder and rehost it on Megaupload or something so I can understand the game better?
