I was thinking, and if they want him to work in all levels, he'd have to be able to flip gravity mid air, otherwise for lots of levels he'd just fly off the top of the level and die.

I can get to the midway point of VVV and then like two screens down
So I found The Kid's warp today. At first I laughed when his intro was just him getting killed by a cherry. Then I saw his first stage and started getting IWBTG flashbacks and crying
What the hell is going on when you select The Kid from the character select screen? It's like he transforms into something but I can't see it clearly before the screen disappears.

he's getting smacked by an apple (or possibly cherry), the way he did in the cutscene for his stage
The game may have stopped saving or it might just be a glitch. When it did it to me it was just a glitch. You should back out to the main menu and then reload the file to make sure.
Yeah, at first it was just a hmm. Curious. Now I think it's full on. I should inquire with the creators. Because that would sort of raise this game up a few disturbing notches.
I've gotten two glitch levels so far but wasn't able to complete either. I thought I heard that once you got to them, they would appear before level 1 in the light world but they aren't there.

so if you get a glitch level in world 2, it would appear before level 1 in world 2
does this game have a limit on the number of character instances shown in one replay? I swear I died at least a hundred times on the last level in The End but it only showed what seemed like a few dozen Meat Boys in the replay

Make sure that you know that you can jump over his sweeping fists (his first and second attack).
For the headbutt you can stand on the raised edges of the platform.
For the I'M CRAZY AND PUNCH THE PLATFORM move, you can stand almost at the middle of the platform. Then when he punches one side - quickly jump to the edge of the platform and he will stop his attack. Avoid the burning things.
Once you get those moves in order it's basically a little trial and error to see which attack he uses when, they all appear several times but the pattern is always the same.
I have officially joined the elite few who have unlocked the kid. This is the happiest day of my life. And my thumb hurts really bad.
Soon im going to sit down and get through that warp zone. Character related ones dont make you start over from the beggining right?
And does getting A+ on dark worlds count for anything other than bragging rights?
Yeah. Character warp zones are just like regular levels. It would literally be impossible to unlock any of these characters if they were jerks and gave you 3 lives until you had to start over.
And no, nothing special for dark world As. Just bragging rights.
So I was under the impression that they were patching all the bandage/level completion glitches "very soon" but that was a damn while ago. Their website doesn't mention anything about an upcoming patch but do you guys know anything about it?
Basically I want to go back to worlds 1 and 2 for bandages and warp zones but it glitched pretty hard my first time through so I was waiting for the patch.

I did the Warp Zone Hand Held Hack and beat it (and luckily got both bandages in it), but it doesn't show up on my world map
I just got to The Kid warp zone and died at least 100 times
