*Shrug*. Worked fine for me, made it all the way through that way.

Oh? I'll have to check my leaderboards again, I thought you hadn't finished everything.

Um, I haven't done the Dark Worlds yet. I made it through all seven regular worlds.

And yes, I did, in fact, use the run button when I needed it, and not all the friggin time.

My game crashes every time I try to load the leaderboards, I don't know why :(

It's trying to protect you. You're really better off not knowing.

I play with my Playstation 3 controller. The D-Pad works perfectly fine.

And I just finished a grueling run in Hell, thought, "Surely no one ever has beaten my score for that level" and yep. One person on my friend list had. And I'm still in the 100s worldwide.

But some scores on the global scoreboard are at 0:00. Hack much?

Because that is actually a glitch, I assume most people aren't doing it on purpose.

I have like 6 times that are 0.0 and I wish they'd go away so I could get my real times to show up.

How the fuck do you beat world 5 warp zone? It is so fucking hard I am about ready to quit playing this game. I can get to the very end without losing any lifes but I just can't figure out the last saw blade.

I take it back, this game is too much fun to quit playing, but I did quit that part.

I've found that letting it go occasionally in the middle of jumps can help with correcting inertia, myself.

And keeping the button pressed forever in Mario-style configuration is not a problem, and can't fathom why people would feel it's one. I mean, hell. Is there anyone here who actually ever let go of the dash button in Mario for anything other than tossing fireballs?

I could probably get it down to 3, I did dick around a bit (run backwards, then forwards, then when I made the jump I jumped OVER bandage girl and had to run back).

But at the moment I'm just concentrating on getting through the levels, I'll normally just A+ one and then move on without trying to better it over and over.

The small platform you are landing on then running back and forth on, don't land on it. Jump over it, then come back into the wall that is facing Bandaid girl and wall jump into her.

X-running is fine in Mario, but using your thumb for both buttons in SMB is madness. Especially trying to use some of the alternate characters, where X is not necessarily for running.

I found a NES and SNES controller for the PC that I almost got for this game, then I saw that it was $25...no thanks.

Anyone know if a wireless 360 controller can work on a PC without buying one for the PC?

You need the USB wireless receiver for your PC to make a wireless controller work, and as far as I know they're all bundled with the PC wireless controllers. You'd be better off just getting a wired controller; cheaper, and unless you have a media center PC the wire won't matter because you'll just be plugging something into that USB port anyway.

Yeah, Nintendo doesn't seem to be very interested in bending their rules, even for popular, highly-acclaimed titles. It's their way or the highway. That's too bad, because Super Meat Boy deserves all of the publicity it can get.

A lot of the more difficult parts of the game require near pixel-perfect precision and as mentioned before, a lot of shader work.

Taking a 700MB game (90MB compressed on XBLA) and trying to squeeze it into the 40MB Wiiware limit is pretty difficult.

Dammit, this is not good news for a non PC-game playing me.

Still I must commend Team Meat for not putting out a shoddy title because it couldn't fit everything they wanted filesize-wise. I mean, they could've just fit what they could and said fuck it, but they didn't.
