Couldn't see this posted unless it was behind some spoilers.

DO NOT WATCH THIS UNLESS YOU HAVE BEATEN THE GAME. It spoils something you won't want spoiling. You have been warned.

    Should clarify. It's homing dynamite.

I want to go try it right now.

It also works with fire bottles.

It's probably because they share a weapon-type with throwing knives, so they work the same in dead-eye. I've been using dynamite a lot more since I discovered that glitch.

I found the easiest way to hunt cougars with your knife is from horseback. As long as you don't get ambushed and keep moving, you just run around swinging that knife like a madman until it dies.

I have everything on that wiki list in my misc/stats and I never got the trophy. Went around turning 1kills into 2kills+ with Eagles or Ducks and still nothing. its got me stumped to the point I shoot everything that moves.

I know it's story based and all, but do I really have to pay 200 dollars just to play some Liars' Dice? I don't even know the rules!

Easiest mini game by far. Just be more or less honest and play it safe, and the AI will beat itself.

The AI will pretty much always bluff, yeah. Just sit there and think "Okay, there are only 6 dice on the table, I have 3 of them, and none of mine are 1's, so I'm pretty sure the guy's bluffing when he says there are four 1's on the table."

If you have a basic grasp of probability, you pretty much can't lose.

The second time I played liar's dice I had all 5 of my dice and the other guy had 1. He bet there were 5 4s on the table. The AI is not very good at bluffing.

Ducks are also all over Lake Don Julio. Like dozens every time you go.

The pig is another tricky animal most people don't think to kill. Its in a few pens around the world, most commonly next to your safe house in Thieves Landing.

Also, a dog is mandatory to kill as well for the achievement. I don't even remember shooting one but I had 3 dead on my checklist on the stat screen.

Edit: And for Bannon9K - Honor level doesn't matter for what you're asking about.

It's weird, red dead wiki metions that domesticated animals don't count towards the achievement. (Dogs, cows, goats, chickens, pigs, mules, and domesticated horses)

I'll have to test it for myself.

That's weird, I followed that same wiki last night to complete it, my last few animals were Pig, Duck, then Seagull, so that proves nothing. The wiki guide said Pigs were required but who knows who's editing that thing. Its changes like the wind.

Better safe than sorry I say, kill everything with 4 legs twice and everything with 2 legs 4 times!

From what I understand, its not "Use 1 horse for 20 missions", its "Complete 20 missions without changing horses at a hitching post." AKA, don't get on a different horse and then hitch it to a post, that will make it your new horse. I believe using a horse deed also counts as "hitching"

even it it did autosave, if you manually save beforehand the autosave will be in a different slot than your manual save

    so go for it

And you have to actually ride the horse at some point during the mission for it to count, I think. If you still have bonnie's gold horse and only ride during missions where you're 'supposed' to ride, you get it around when you get to mexico. If you did like me and hopped on and off again on missions where you ride a wagon/stagecoach, you get it a little before. Assuming you still have the saddler you get from bonnie.

    You bastards.

I already had more than enough new releases to focus on, including Super Mario Galaxy 2 and Alan Wake. I don't even know how much of GTAIV I have left, but I assume it's another 100 hours out of 300.

I don't have the time or budget to throw in another densely populated sandbox game with hours of wandering, questing, and shooting, but you douchebags with your constant hype broke down my proverbial wall.

So now I was forced to scrounge up more of my limited cash to make an Amazon purchase, having it arrive on my doorstep yesterday, the day before a major exam.

You fuckers did this to me. You pushed me to this.

    It's yours...FOREVER.

Also whenever you use a Horse Deed it saves your game. This is very useful when you aren't particularly interested in advancing the gameworld 6 hours. You need to have two deeds if you're already on one of your deed horses (you can't call in a duplicate horse).

Ah thanks for clearing that up, to those that answered. I'm hoping I can use the pre-order warhorse but when I have to get a new horse from that bonnie mission will that reset everything? Also great tip with the stagecoach thing, would of never thought of that. I guess I can start my 2nd playthrough now and try to 1000/1000 the game...well maybe not the "Be MVP 3 times in a row in FFA" one.
