    I'm sick of seeing that drummer clip. He's flailing his arms about and the proficiency of his spinning and twirling is certainly impressive, but he's still a weak drummer playing a super easy, slow 4/4 beat.

    HAHAHAHA...nevermind. I spoke too soon. Holy shit though.

    So I weighed myself clean today as soon as I got up. A mere 1.4 lbs lighter than last night. Something is either amiss or I was heavier than I thought when I started.

    e: Prox, that sucks dude, but it comes with the territory. I've had girls laugh in my face before. You can't let it get to you.

    I gotta disagree on this part. The fact that he's playing a simple song isn't the point here; it's more that he's adding flourishes and putting on a phenomenal show during the simple song. If he's capable of doing that and still keeping time, I'm sure he can handle something much more difficult.

    On the same note, I can play Für Elise while headbanging, so would you be surprised when I turn around and play Fantasie Impromptu?

    I agree with Pete, he's rocking the hell out of the show. Honestly I would rather see a guy rock the hell out with a simple beat over someone playing a harder beat but acts like a robot on stage.

    It's the most complicated/fun piece that I know how to play, and this was the only video I could find on Youtube where the performer didn't mess up, and/or make the piece sound like complete ass.

    And it just so happens that it's so old, the piano brand isn't even Steinway & Sons, it's just....Steinway! :P

    They cut to a different angle at one point, which is sad, because during that part of the piece, some of the most fancy fingerwork happens, and your left hand plays over your right hand, and then plays while moving downward and crosses over your right hand, and etc. etc.

    It's not horribly complicated to learn, or even to play, but it looks really effing cool. And, as I also mentioned, it's fun as hell. :P
