Looking for a Tycho newspost phrase

Ok, so, maybe i'm going crazy, but I could have sworn that Tycho had a newspost in the last month where he used his wordsmith abilities to transform the standard declaration of maturing taste ("You kids get off my lawn!") into a much more verbose phrase.

I've scoured the posts, but I can't seem to find it. Using google's site specific search isn't helping, either. Did I read it somewhere else, or am I just missing it in my searches?

It's obviously not crucial to my well-being, but it's one of those things where I don't know if i'll be able to sleep until i find it.

    No I totally remember it, and it was not that long ago. I even remember it getting mentioned in a new webcomic post. NOW I MIGHT ABLE TO FIND IT. One sec

    I believe the phrase you are looking for is

    Assert to young people that my lawn is not an acceptable venue

    and can be found in episode 19 of PATV, rather than on the newspost.
