I will take a new objective, however I also have one too few influence I don't think i got mine from the winter wizards council.

Edit: Also, strategize only allows units to move one zone. That might be the bigger problem.

Move any of your units into an adjacent empty or friendly areas. Do not activate the area.
Supremacy Bonus: Draw tactics cards as indicated on your resource dials.
Umm... you can do a LOT more than that, if you want to. You can move all your units out from the citadel to 9A, freeing up the units that were there already to split up and take both of those regions you wanted to. If you want to.

You can move each of your un-activated units one space, and also your hero(es). It's good not to forget about the hero, since this is one of the few ways to move them outside their yearly actions.
Two archers and a warrior set out from Himring to explore the city to the south; wary of the waiting Razorwings, they make a peace offering in hopes of appeasing the beasts without battle.
Activate 7B, move in two archers and a warrior from Fools Rapids and spend 3 influence on diplomacy.
