Have you looked at the rest of the technical crew?
Like, Perry would tell you that he has at least ten years of experience just to fuck around, and I can't personally speak for Felix but it seems to me like a coward from pharmaceuticals isn't a solid leader either.

It's just that I really didn't picture Irg as the leading type in even the most minor of capacities, which is going to make a really sweet roleplaying hook because when he signed up to not-Foundation work, he didn't either
