I was bored tonight and decided to flip on my TV and channel surf a bit. This basically never happens ever. It was a freak occurrence. I watch about 99% of my shows on DVD or online. But for whatever crazy reason I decided that I needed a break from the cowboy life in Red Dead and so I flipped through the channels until I landed on NBC.
The time was almost exactly 9:30c on the dot, which means that the show was already half over when I tuned in.
But from what I gathered from watching the second half of the show, its about a group of people who got kidnapped and taken to some sort of faux city that's only like one block big. There are surveillance cameras that the show will occasionally cut to.
When I tuned in, some people were in the street walking around, and they passed out when they got too close to the edge of the city block.
And then some chinese people showed up and cooked the kidnappees dinner.
Honestly, I have no idea what the fuck I just watched, but I was at least entertained enough that I didn't flip past it in my bored search for something to do, so there's that.
Anyone else catch this show tonight? I guess it was the premiere. Brand new summer show. Or something. Again, I don't really know much since I randomly stumbled upon it halfway through.
