SlickDeals claims it's only on a select few Wii titles, but bringing up Tower's main games page makes it look like all games are 25% off.

Edit: The cheapest option is $2.95, followed by $8.99 for 2nd day, and $14.99 for next day. It also made me pay tax.
I picked up Elebits, WarioWare and Excite Truck all for 25% off. Standard shipping to Denver, Colorado was $4.95. Two business day was $11.99 and next business day was $18.99. There is no free shipping deal because it is video games.
If you click the info for each shipping method, it says they will do standard shipping with the United States Postal Service. If the order wasn't placed before 7AM PST then it will ship the next business day. They told me my order will be processed/shipped on Monday the 22nd. And then it said something about how they can't guarantee ship times with standard shipping, so it could take anywhere from like 3 to 21 days.
