    also woke up and gold starred some old rb2 dlc that I randomly felt like downloading before work today on vox and guitar, just need to do a little better for voxtar

    Besides the fact that you'll eventually own the condo and not have to pay rent, you mean?

    Life is pretty good. I have a nice job, a loving boyfriend, and a sweet apartment. This weekend I'm going to go visit a bunch of college friends. I'm expecting good times. Gonna play Munchkin and make Liar's Dice into a drinking game.

    I just bought tickets to see Arcade Fire in August. I've been waiting for the opportunity for four years. So I'm really excited about that.

    There's a lady that I'm talking to who is super-smart and witty and makes me want to be a better person when I'm around her.

    Work is picking up and my next check is going to be mega-huge.

    And I'm actually writing. After being told over and over that my writing is superb, I'm actually starting to explore it.

    I made chicken piccata for my girlfriend last night and she loved it.
    I have wine and vodka leftover so I get to have drinks after work.
    It is another beautiful overcast day in Santa Monica.
    I had a headache but it's gone now.

    It totally offset the discovery that the court has misplaced a piece of my divorce paperwork and that I'm probably going to have to wait another week to get the official decree :p

    I sometimes complain about my job being boring, but I get to browse PA all day at my leisure.
    I have a nice house, a decent car, a fucking amazing drum kit.
    It's Thursday, Friday's little brother. I'll go home and chill in my amazingly giant lush green backyard, have a beer, smoke a cig, and enjoy the evening. Yeah I think today will be a pretty decent day!

    I got myself out of bed when the alarm went off, rather than 3 hours later. So I'm off to a good start.

    And there was leftover pizza to eat for breakfast, yes!

    The importance of waking up cannot be understated.
    I've had a really messy sleep schedule the past few days and I will enjoy a proper sleep shortly.

    Today was pretty decent for me though because my dog is home from the VET.
    Have to take her back in around a week to get stitches out though.
    Then to have a tumor removed after assessment. I'm glad to have her home though.
