Not everybody hates everything, the thread chatter was just too funny to pass up - chill out. I swear the funniest parts are the random "Come on guys, guys... guys come on, be nice" posts right before some more crazy laser tag garbage would come on.

A big problem is that almost everything at E3 is leaked/preannounced, so even when a cool game is shown, we sort of just shrug and say that we already knew about it. Maybe our expectations are too high, even though we know the format of these shows.
But sometimes all it takes is one surprise game reveal to make us happy. Like Rayman Origin(s?) at tonight's Ubisoft event, or Metroid: Other M last year. Microsoft basically had nothing like that today, which is a big reason why some people were so negative about their press conference.

As someone who played a Need for Speed: High Stakes and Need for Speed III: Hot Pursuit, the premise of a reboot of the series that keeps the cop vs. speeder gameplay and removes the FAST AND TEH FURIOUS LOLOL premise that has been plaguing the series so far seems awesome to me. It's refreshing to see tracks in that live demo that looked like actual places you would want to speed at, not just generic urban city streets.
Bulletstorm looks so terrible that it's amazing. Sadly enough, it looked more fun and entertaining than Crysis 2.

No, I watch this thread because it always is MST3K, and someone always comes in going "omg you assholes". I am not sure what they expected, but I am not sure what the people who are seriously angry actually expected. I am the guy who is angry at the MST3K viewer who is angry he sat through a shitty movie.

Need for Speed (yesssssssss) and Bulletstorm both look awesome. Medal of Honour and Vietnam are actually sweet to.
