Well I meant multiplayer with your buddies. Er...More like squad leaderboards.
You know...You and your buddies killed a shit ton of guys, but these other groups of guys did better. you know.

Unless the leaderboards can gauge your Teamwork-ness.
Do we know if scores in the co-op modes are for the whole team or individual? If individual, it could be a regular leaderboard. If as a team, it could show who you got the score with.
1. Duty Vision™ slows down the action so you can unload a storm of bullets
2. Immersive dialogue from the front lines
3. Cold, calculated realism
4. Killing animations motion captured from real actors
5. True-life reloading system allows for mistakes in putting the cartridge in the gun
6. Iconic sound effects
7. Thwart an enemy threat that could topple the country and possibly the world
8. Significant and historically accurate props
An entire parody FPS could be extremely entertaining if done well. That video was hilarious, but it would start to wear thin without some clever writing/direction I think.
Anyway, I am looking forward to Bulletstorm. Always like fast-paced unrealistic shooters more than srs bsns "war" FPS games.
That is a fucking awesome parody video, way better than the (kinda stupid) Halo one
Anyways, just played the demo. I really like the feel of the shooting in general, I love the look and style of the game, the leash is awesome, etc.
I'm just not into that whole Club-style Tony Hawk score attack thing, though. That has no appeal to me. I'd like to see another FPS done in this over-the-top manner without that stuff, though.

well i mean, the scoring is sort of what makes it fun. at first glance the game seems to just have fun tools to kill with, but once you start to rack up points, you find more skillshots and more combos and before you know it- you've played the demo 40+ times.
besides, if you dislike the scoring aspect of it it's fairly easy to just kill people however you want while ignoring your score. but, once you start to get creative, it's hard to not to want to improve on your old scores because you start to realize all the easy points you miss along the way.
i never got into the club either, but the shooting mechanics were dull and it was not arcade-y enough. this game has enough charm, funny dialouge, and unique gameplay to earn my $60 next month.

The demo has leaderboards. I don't see why the full game wouldn't.

Which is only a good thing in my mind.

Indeed, if they get too much better, we'll just end up playing movies.

You know, the ending to that? Less pandering and silly than the real CODBLOPS ending.

Offtopic: Regular Show is one half the the two very best shows on TV! (The other, of course, being Adventure Time)
Back on track: ... Bulletstorm looks pretty sweet!
I not quite sure what it says when your parody makes more sense than the actual thing.
Now all Epic has to do is take a piss at its own pretentious, mindless shooterganza called Gears of War, and we can call it a day.

Well, that's more than three times the speed I'm getting.
I do like how each time he shot there was a "boring" sound effect.

Mostly because I didn't know it was marketing for Bulletstorm until I finished it

NO,no you are not.
Also, I got to try out the demo of Bulletstorm. Its actually pretty fun. Short but eh, gives you a feel for the combat which is meaty.
