New Animal Crossing with new character models. The people/animals actually have bodies that are more proportional to their heads. Not realistically proportional, but closer.
It looks good on the male character, but a bit gawky on the female.

I just hope to God there are some actual Gameplay changes. I expect to be dissapointed.

Not surprising at all. With all of the muscle they already have behind the 3DS launch, there's no reason for Nintendo to push out a Pokemon early on. That'll come a few years down the line, when sales start to die down and they need a mega-huge boost.
Outside of the obvious 3DS announcement, I think I'm looking forward to Epic Mickey the most. It's giving me this awesome Rayman 2 vibe, and that was one of my favorite titles of all time.
I think it says something that I am at work and was only able to see 1 Starfox screen for the 3DS and I want the 3DS now. I have to go home and check out the rest of the screens of everything so I can determine just how much drool I need to spend.

3DS seems a bit more powerful than I expected. If the 3D effect's any good (and why wouldn't it be?) it could really be something very special. Can't wait to get my hands on one and see in person.

How surreal that the day I finish watching a MGS3 LP, they announce it for the 3DS.
Nice compromise between TWW and TP styles in Skyward Sword. I could see myself buying it, and if you knew how I felt about TP you'd know that's high praise indeed.
DKCR is the star of the show for me, though. <3<3
Only disappointment: No mention of Xenoblade and The Last Story. Oh, and that Star Fox 3DS is a port of a game that I a) played before and b) didn't even like that much. Still, there's always the future...

'Fully compatible with DSi' was the enigmatic sentence used. I'm guessing the answer is yes.
I'd guess it means that DSiWare is available on 3DS, but with this being Nintendo you never know. Some people will be pissed if there's no way of transferring your stuff from DSi to 3DS.

Pokemon Black and White come out next year
That's not a big deal though, the 3DS was great, and a lot of cool looking Wii games shown off.
I guess the Zelda controls looked a little flaky, but they get the benefit of the doubt there.
