That whole slowing down thing is definitely something I need to work on. After my game seemingly turning around as I worked on ACR mastery, it seems to have devolved post mastery. While it has not devolved totally ( I can still count on being positive after a round) I am rarely seeing the 3-1 ratios that I was. I think I am pressing now that I am using guns I am unfamiliar with... plus the ACR is just so EASY to use.
Any suggestions for the next gun to work on for someone who is only kinda good, closer to average in this game?

The FAL makes you a slower more cautious player, so that might help, but the single fire thing sucks until you get use to pulling the trigger quickly. I think using this gun helped make me a better player as I've improved my K/D a lot since using it.
The SCAR could be a better choice. It has higher damage, and more recoil, but you get the kill faster and the iron sights are baller. The only thing you'll miss is the fewer headshots.
I was using the ACR on Aghan and it screwed me over as I needed a whole clip to kill a guy with painkiller and the two teammates behind him caught me. Missed on out my harrier, but a teammate had already gotten the nuke so I guess it wasn't a big deal.

Just schooled my two nephews who don't have internet but have MW2 in a split screen private match. They only get to play against each other so their world was rocked by good tactics and Flashbang pro usage.

SP on that ACR and Scavenger?
Yep, and I had the rds on him the whole time.
That's too bad.

Assuming you got no headshots, that's 8 to 11 (far away) bullets to kill with an ACR. You missed quite a few.
Good games, guys. Sorry I had to leave so abruptly. I'm working on one man army and cold blooded, so if you guys want to just relegate the anti-air to me, that's cool.

Yeah at that range even the ACR's minimal recoil is going to throw you off enough to miss a number of shots.

Tried an RPD yet? I've been addicted ever since it was suggested to me ( reloading is for chumps! rofl)
crazy penetration even without FMJ, and with, hell, walls may as well not be there
and with stopping power it's 2 bullets even at crazy range, and low recoil, even without the grip ( with grip it's non existant)
Just got back from playing with the Vector... good times there. Next I'll take the advice of the RPD... haven't played around with the LMGs for a while.

The RPD is pretty good if you want to do extremely well and kill people from across the map 10x more effectively than a sniper.
The RPD is everything you'd ever want in a gun: great damage per bullet; decent rate of fire; moderately low recoil; naturally high penetration; amazing ammo capacity, and probably the best, most open and unobstructed iron sights in the game. It's negatives? Let's take a look:
Slow Aim Down Sights: Can be mitigated by Sleight of Hand Pro, which you're probably already using because ...
9.7 Second Reload Time (Empty and Normal): Obviously, Sleight of Hand cuts that number in half. I've had a lot of success lately using One Man Army Pro, personally, because by swapping back into the same class, I can fully reload my weapon in 3-4 seconds, which is potentially even faster than Sleight of Hand and I get all my equipment and ammo back. Yes, it's retarded.
Bad Mobility: Not the end of the world. Sure, you won't be running any marathons while you're haulin' that Raging Porn Demon around, but that's not how you use it. Dig yourself into an overwatch position and rake the kills in. Be sure to protect your back with some Claymores or something because the RPD doesn't shine at short range.
So the positives are amazing and the negatives can be largely ignored. Yes, the RPD is an absolute beast of a weapon.
Dear Dubs,
That was definitely better than your quickscoping montages, but I never liked montages, so there's that. Weren't you supposed to jump 3 times at the beginning or something? Anyway, It was pretty good. You should've sped up the boring parts and left the good parts at normal speed. It was hard to follow what was going on that fast. The camp-fest at the end was made up in full when you glocked them all to death twice. I laughed out loud, as the kids say.
And for the record, (not trying to drudge this argument back up) I never said that quickscoping was easy. in fact, I tried it myself and said the exact opposite. Still not a fan, though.
Sincerely, glithert
P.S We should play sometime so that I can win instead of losing all the time

another thing about reloading the RPD, you only need to do it one or twice ever, so plan ahead and you will be fine.
and the rpd will punch thru things you never expect, it's hilarious that way. Your enemies don't get cover, they just take an extra bullet or 2.
But if I were to set up claymores at either end of the middle buildings on rundown, and then run back and forth with my SPAS resetting said claymores, would I be the most dirty camper? I thought they were the skilless scrubs for not being able to dislodge me.

I'm about 30 away from cold-blooded 6. I really, really don't like killstreaks.
Well, when they belong to the bad guys, I mean.
Well that's quick enough then.

And in one sitting I managed to get (without really trying) 9 FMJ kills with the F2000. I'm nearly 1/4 of the way to freedom!
All about the American Soccer.

Slow it down and I would probably watch all of it.. Seriously, I have nothing better to do.

I didnt know what to do it was 14 mins. long and youtube only excepts 10min.
So what should i do.
Nope. Question marks generally are used for questions.
You should end the round in 10 minutes instead of 14
Good kills, and except for that last two minutes or so where you kept getting raped by those camping bitches, you didn't do too bad.
I didn't watch the whole thing, though. Did you play for the objective, or did you just get kills?
Well you have seen before im not the most literate person when typing.
