Outlook 2007 is receiving in Greek...

I have a weird problem where I receive an email from somebody; the email comes through regular on Gmail (English) but in Outlook, the same email shows up in Greek.

I checked all the settings menus in Outlook and can't find anything about languages.

OS: Windows 7
Outlook 2007

Email is coming from Yahoo with no options for alternate languages

    In GMail this shows up with English text/characters (and when sent, the signature is configured in English).

    I suppose Outlook has a similar option as Word, where it has a "default display font".

    Sounds like the default font has changed, rather than it being converted into a new language.
