    Beautiful

has anyone mentioned that Hans Zimmer is the fucking man while John Williams has kind of shit the bed in his later years?

I don't know, I like Zimmer, but there was definitely a period during the 90's and early 2000's where his scores for Backdraft, Crimson Tide, The Rock, parts of Gladiator, and Pirates of the Caribbean could all probably have been interchanged with little to no difficulty.

I actually wondered about that scene for a bit

was it just like a 'fly casual' thing or what

yeah it seemed to just be like a "act like we're supposed to be here and it's no big deal."

either that, or it could have been
if the projections saw the person they thought was the dreamer interacting with some other person physically, they would step off. but that may be too indepth of thought for the projections

    still pretty slick

Oh I guess that makes sense
Since there can only be one "Dreamer" it would make sense that none of the projections have no real reason to interact with them, since he ain't supposed to be there. Seeing him interact with, as far as they know, another projection, might throw them off the scent.

I just took that as a joke, riffing off of all those other examples in other movies of spontaneously making out--but only to avoid looking suspicious! and how that whole idea is actually pretty silly.

Also, the best use of a Hans Zimmer song is when McCain played the Crimson Tide theme after his concession speech

Duel of Fates gets played anytime we do anything dramatic. I guess that was a decade ago...

I mean, like Duel of Fates starts playing when one roommate uses the last cue tip or we discover we're out of milk.

so I was trying to figure out where I knew the actor that played the Thief from during the whole movie and the entire walk home

then I get home and figured it out

and my girlfriend made fun of me for knowing who he was because he played Praetor Shinzon in Star Trek: Nemesis

i guess a lot of people just have really small bladders.

    or maybe mines oversized.

but my diabetic roommate manages to hold in large drinks pretty much every movie under 3 hours so i'm a bit miffed.
