    I've seen it in Radio Shack for about $15 in one of the spinning CD racks near the back as well as in a couple of bargain bins at EB.

    Bargain Bins at Radioshack (SourceCC in Canadurr), I've also seen it at EBGames and in the Jewelcase Racks at Walmart.
