Extracting video files

Hi there. I recently had my computer crash, but I managed to make some backups of important files before this happened. Included in this cache of backups were some DVDs I made of various video files (mostly .avi's and .xvid's) with a nifty program called ConvertXtoDVD. I've since ripped the DVDs to my harddrive, and I am left with the Audio TS/Video TS folders rather than the original video files.

My question is this: is there a way to extract the original video files from my DVD rip, or am I out of luck?

I'm running Windows XP, if that helps.

Thanks.

nope, you cannot extract the original individual video files if they have been converted.

you can convert the VideoTS files to AVI using something like AutoGK.
