Does anyone know if there's a controller for the 360 that has a fan built into it? To keep my hands from sweating? I some sort of condition that if my hands sweat, then a rash forms on it. If I don't play video games the rash goes away over time.
Obviously quitting video games is not going to happen so I was wondering if anyone knows if this sort of controller exists. I know plenty exist for the PC, unfortunately.
These Columbia gloves are designed to wick the sweat directly from your hands and has Omni-Dry advanced evaporation technology to make sure your hands are dry and cool all day long. If your hands are exposed to sunlight for prolonged periods, you should consider giving the Columbia Utilizer Fingerless Gloves a try.
They don't make fingerless or sweat gloves - mostly protective type stuff, which is odd.
Urahonky, I was using those as an example unfortunately I don't have any experience with these gloves. I know my buddy has some gloves he uses for working out but I'm not sure what brand. He says they work well for keeping his hands dry.
They don't just draw the sweat away from your skin, they also dramatically increase the available surface area for evaporation.
At the worst they'll increase the duration you can play without risking skin irritation, and at best they'll solve the problem completely.
Edit: late reply is late, but like someone else said, there are sports gloves that, while not Underarmor, use similar principles.
Essentially the fabric pulls the moisture into it via capillary action and then distributes it across the entire piece, where it can more easily evaporate due to greater exposure to the air. The porous and voluminous nature of the fabric helps with this as well.
I think I'm going to give them a shot. I'm poor so $12 is a lot better than the $40 I was expecting to pay. If they don't help this situation I'm sure I can find a use for them.
Thanks guys. This condition sucks, but I'll be damned if it stops me from enjoying my games.

You think that would keep my hands from sweating? Hmm. Interesting. I didn't think of that.
Not sure how that works, but sounds interesting.

Shit, that looks hot.
Or, rather, it looks cool.
Hmm. Do you have experience with that brand? Do you know if it works, or were you using that one as an example?
