Yeah. I would say as far as execution goes for the characters it would be something like.
Basic:
Jin, Ragna, Tsubaki, Tager
Mid:
Arakune, Hazama, Lambda, Taokaka, Noel(unless you spam D, but you'll lose a lot more if you do), Bang, Litchi, Hakumen,
High:
Rachel, Carl
Mu, I haven't really seen enough of her yet. Arakune I don't know I was kind of iffy with him since he is kind of basic in CT but he might take more work now.
I'm going to use Ragna just so I can understand the fuss over Blood Kain's frames of invulnerability. I never knew about them, other than that Blood Kain ate away at your health while opponents jumped around like a little bitch. I wasn't using Blood Kain properly.

I can't remember, but isn't there a way to straight up combo from blood kain into the super that requires it?
Yeah. But it prorates horribly. Still does a good amount of damage though.
That's another thing.
Ragna's claw grab super does pretty shit damage in CS compared to the insane damage and regen it had in CT. Can't say I mind though since it did Tager levels of damage in CT.

blood kain is either a powerful reversal into corner game, or for pushing your advantage when you hit 50 tension before them. in both scenarios, you shouldn't use it at the end of the match
New video "showing off" Makoto. More prudently however, she is apparently going to be playable next week at Comic Con. So expect to see videos exploring her capabilities and probably showing off her Distortion Drives and Astral then.

I guess it's kind of a foregone conclusion that you wouldn't want to use it when you're likely to get bursted, but most of the time I've seen it do any good were at clutch moments where burst was out of the equation and they needed the life drain and extra damage to squeak out a win.
Personally I don't even feel like I'm close to the level of play where it'd be a good idea to use it at all.

basic: 6C 66 5C JC j.B j.C JC j.C j.D ice car
you can start the air combo off of 5C (or 5B i think, but) so wherever you can fit that in, you can air combo
if you start the air combo off of freeze, end with j.C ice car instead of j.D
pointers: dash cancel the 6C immediately, and 5C even if it looks like it will miss, with the startup time it hits them
I wish I could, but I have never played Tager. Since deciding to play the game again I've only played as Ragna for all of my 60 matches or so.
I really need to be patient with training mode and go back to working on my inputs. I get flustered really easily in a real match and miss most of them when it counts. If anyone sees me on though and wants to help me get some more match experience, toss me an invite.

this is true. counter hit 623C can sometimes be a tricky link due to the spacing, though. Also, I have no idea if it still exists in CS.
Counter hit 623A/B to Ice Fang super is too easy, though. I will also note that in CS Ice Fang/Wave/Whatever/TheGoodsuper has a LOT of stun, and you can combo after it

I've gotten down that first one(except for linking the second jC into jD), but BRT's is a bit trickier.
Can Blizzard or Violent Ice(his shoryuken moves) be used for air combos? The delay seems way too long.
The version I posted uses c ice car
Counter hit 623A near the corner can be followed up with 2D
Any type of 623B in the corner can be followed with 5C into air combo

we should play again in CS, those were good games

jin is like the easiest bro to combo with. next to mu, of course!! right antihippy?!?
It's pretty intuitive, you jump to cancel the animation of an attack after landing a hit with that attack
