BUILD SOME SHIT
Creative Mode:
You can build whatever you want with unlimited resources to better suit whatever the fuck you want to do, even if its just to make spiffy stuff without giving a dang, or have things a certain way in survival mode.
Whatever man its cool, just do what ya wanna do.
CRAFT SOME SHIT
Survival Mode:
Fuck shit up by crafting weapons and armor, creating your own buildings out of various blocks that may or may not be made of shit, and punch sheep for wool.
Maybe you wanna make a castle or just live on a spiral staircase made of dynamite, whatever man get a little weird with it, no one is here to judge you. God damn this game is wonderful.
Also Survival mode (Alpha) is available to the public, just go to the front page to fire it up.
Also there is Infdev, which is the developmental version of maps of infinite size, legend has it that these maps will not actually never end but be sort of similar to 8 times the surface size of the earth.

You're workin' outside, its early morning, everything is going fine. Suddenly dark clouds roll in and it gets almost dark as night, dark enough for mobs to spawn, maybe even new spawns.
You can't see shit because the rain is all up in your face but you try to run home to mama anyway.
Right as you find your base a creeper runs in front of you and kills you, the rain washing your dead body out to the ocean.
