Windows reinstall checklist

So, I want to clean up my computer, reinstall, etc etc, and I was looking for a checklist so I didn't forget to deal with anything.
I came across:

and it seems quite good. Can you guys think of anything else of note that I want to remember to deal with before wiping?
Alternatively, what's your favorite apps/etc for dealing with formatting, reinstalling, so on.

(luckily windows installs a generic network driver, so I just get all the drivers off the web after install)
Order of action:
Backup
Format (I do this by booting from windows CD, then long formatting)
Install Windows
Update Drivers
Update Windows (continually until when I scan it shows 0 updates left, usually takes multiple restarts)
Install Programs
Update Programs
Rerun windows update
Defrag Disk
Virus Scan Disk
