Site goes really slow for me and often times out. I've searched it up and I don't really see any solutions, just other people with the same problem...
Pings just time out. And tracert times out... The rest of the internet, and even PA's main site are all fine. It's just the forums that don't like me...

It's possible to configure a webserver not to respond to ping – try Microsoft, for instance. It's somewhat inconvenient when it comes to diagnosing issues. For what it's worth, I'm not seeing that jump in request time to 3jane. My route is a touch different, though. (I'm hitting different Level 3 servers once the routes intersect geographically)
