I read Comics Alliance and this board every day, then Bleeding Cool, 4L and random things like Written World or Scans Daily when I remember they exist.
Bleeding Cool is a strange case because I know they have a bad rep, but I somehow remain intrigued by all the tabloid gossip bullshit when I shouldn't be.

Rich Johnston seems like a pretty terrible/annoying dude.
Just wanted to drop everyone here a note letting you know my series, Intrepids, launches this week through Image. If you pick it up, love to hear your thoughts!
Also, I'll be at ECCC this weekend if anyone is going, please stop by and say hi. I'll be the bearded guy, sitting next to two artists and not drawing.

This is what I don't get about those teasers from last week or two weeks ago; if you're going to do them one week and then 7 days later show the big reveal, why even commission them? If this was the cover for issue #5 or so being shown two months from now, that makes more sense and enough time has passed, but it's like Marvel fired all their rounds right away.
Hulk got a haircut though, and I do like the neon piping. Everything should have neon piping.
I'm pretty sure Marvel heard everyone say this when the Tron covers came out, and is taking it seriously.
yeah, was totally thinking Tron :P
As was I. Also smacks of stuff the
High Evolutionary
was doing in the new Thor/Iron Man mini, kinda like the science-magic lines he has all over Ulik and Dynamo, but again, that could just be Tron-envy or simple magic goodness. He was rambling about making a new god for the new age. Maybe something goes wrong... leads to hammers... somehow.
It's a shame their digital comics service kinda sucks. I quite frequently see misaligned word bubbles (and not, "it's 30 pixels too far to the right" but "It's half a page over to the right, stretched to twice as big as it should be, and is covering/covered up by another word bubble") and the subscription login server (which it needs to talk to every time you load up a comic) is frequently unreachable.

As long as they make it as easy as possible to read on their DCU service (as in, you don't have to register to read it), it should work. But again, a creative team will help. If it's Frank Tieri or Kathyryn Immonen.....
I will say I am happy Grey Gargoyle doesn't look like a douchebag anymore
dude has looked ridiculous for years
Actually, I wonder if each issue will be about a different member of "The Worthy"
if each character had a different team it would be a nice way to get top talent to work on it without eating up time from other books they're working on.

For all the other free content Marvel does for their online subscribers, the only one I've ever heard really mentioned is the Abraham Lincoln President's Day short story. And most of those are usually middle tier guys or older writers. I think it was Roger Stern who was supposedly writing some Spidey stories during BND online only?
An event mini released digitally seems like a cool idea Marvel. I didn't know they'd released anything of import digitally (besides motion comics and older reprints) or any digital event tie ins before but I may have to check this out if the creative team turns out to be anything other than crap.

I'm only slightly less lazy in the fact that I use this place to find decent comic news sights or blogs.

Well he's British
That looks pretty rad actually

I was suprised to be thinking that as well

And the Prism awards have nominated comics this year
Rise of Arsenal and Sentry's whole last six months of his life are nominated.

WHAT
Either they had to have a certain amount of nominees and couldn't find another, or they are trying to lose all credibility.
There's also some tweets from the company owner where he seems to pull a little bit of a Charlie Sheen.
I would totally buy this comic.
Diablo 3 - ArtfulDodger#1572
Minecraft - ArtfulDodger42
Diablo 3 - ArtfulDodger#1572
Minecraft - ArtfulDodger42
that is like, the title of the movie.
you suck artist guy.
That artist is a bitchin' rockstar from mars. Your problem is that you can't process his genius with your normal brain.
that's a pretty good step into Digital comics
although we need the creative team before we can tell if it's any good

they lose no money on it and it's a good way to get a new writer or artist's feet wet
Apparently France's Batman is a bit controversial.
That looks like a promo poster for Magic: The Gathering
I'm disappointed Chris Sims didn't get more air time.
