Unfortunately brother, I dont think you can do that. With your bloodletter in the Empire you can only spread your followers to adjacent zones. And Troll Country is two zones away.

I'm sure he has some grand plan we'll see a few turns down the line. In the meanwhile, let it be known I really dislike the backwards people of Estalia. They get another leper.

This being a newbie game, I want to stop Tzeentch for a moment and let him reconsider that sequence of actions.
Check the number of DIAL advance tokens each god is likely to receive this round, and see if you can determine why. (Other players are welcome to help Tzeentch find a better play, if you feel it is in your interest to steer him down a different path.)
The way I see it:
Khorne: 3 depending on kills
Nurgle: 2 for have at least 2 cultists in Populace zones.
Tzeentch: 1 for have a magic card and a Warpstone with 2 cultists in one zone
Slanny: 2 for having 2 cultists in noble zones.
I have no way to stop Khorne getting the second tick. My two magic cards aren't played to try and stop any extra dial tokens. Rather to stop them getting VPs.
So, with everyone having at least one dial token, we should all get an advance. Khorne might get 2 depending on his kills.
Biggest thing you seem to be missing has to do with Khorne: He only gets DIAL tokens for killing enemy figures, and his cultists don't have any battle dice until upgraded.
Khorne is rolling no battle dice this turn; the only bloodletter is in a region with no targets (the Empire).

How does that change your analysis?
Wow, I totally didn't think to check the attack values of cultists, i naturally assumed Khornes lot would be able to kill...
Changing my Dazzle to Norsca would stop that, while still letting me dominate the zone, yes?
