"Keetah's story is sad terrible. Small Keetah hears spirits and tells other goblins. Other stupid ugly goblins hit Keetah and call him 'Mad.' Keetah not mad, except at stupid goblins. Granix came and helped Keetah. Killed all the stupid goblins who hit Keetah. Other goblins not happy about that. They too afraid to hit Keetah though. So they send Keetah away. Keetah and Granix wander the forests avoiding stupid goblins and their ugly hob friends. Until some time ago. Then Keetah found treasure trove of great things and food. Stupid hobs caught Keetah and tried to make him follow Maglubiyet. Maglubiyet is a mean nasty goblin god who doesn't care about goblins. Keetah never follow him. Not ever. But then Keetah and ugly Pag broke out and found new friends. The spirits tell Keetah to help you, so here we are."

Pah pulls his face off the greasy mutton shank and levels a considering gaze upon Toman, before surreptitiously throwing a wink toward Keetah.
“Ah kin speak of ze midnight sun, and ze strange things done by ze dwarves who toil for gold.” Pah pauses to clear his throat with a hearty wash from his wineskin.
“Ze arctic trails speak of such tales zat may make your blood run cold.” Looking around the group, the party can almost feel an icy breeze blowing from Pah’s eyes.
“Ze Northern Lights ‘ave seen queer sights, but ze queerest zey ever did see, was ze night on ze shore of ze frozen Crehore when I cremated Bucktooth McGee.”

'e seemed so low I couldn't zay No, and swore that I would no matter the pains.
In the dawn I rose, and found 'is body froze, and began to consider my task.
I fashioned a sled from the remains of his bed, as the cook fire would not serve as he asked.
I had no plan, but the damned dead man would give me no respite.
For days I grumbled and began to stumble, and the corpse smiled out of spite.

At last I came the shore of the frozen Crehore, that has drowned, froze, entrapped many souls.
Entombed in the ice, I found would suffice, a craft that had long paid its toll.
With hammer and axe I chopped and I hacked, and kindling together did sweep,
With flint and with steel, I lit up the keel, and ignited the enormous heap.
The cold dry wood roared as the red flames did soar, and I burrowed a glowering hole.
Then I put Bucktooth in and heaped it again so his froze ghost could no longer scold.
Then I made a hike, for I didn’t like to hear him sizzle so,
The heavens did scowl and I pulled tight my cowl, as the icy storm raged its bellow.
I do not know how long in the snow I wrestled with grisly fear,
But the stars were out and danced about ere again I ventured near.
I was sick with dread but I bravely said, "I'll just take ze peek inside.
"I guess he's cooked and it's time I looked," then the coals I shoveled aside.
And there sat he, look calm and at ease, in the heart of the furnace's roar.
He wore a smile you could see a mile and said "Please don't be a boor.
"It's fine in here but I greatly fear you'll let in the cold and storm.
"Since I left Plumtree, to the south in Bree, it's the first time I've been warm."
