Remember me? I made Hitmen For Destiny: http://www.webcomicsnation.com/thorsby/destiny/series.php

I have made a new comic called Lies, Sisters and Wives. It is a farce and a completed story of 34 long strips. First strip: http://www.webcomicsnation.com/thorsby/wives/series.php?view=archive&chapter=45522

That was a whole lot of setup for a really uninspired joke, man. You could have accomplished that with 3 or 4 panels.

After seeing that, all I can think is that I want you to design my next Lucasarts Day of the Tentacle/Maniac Mansion homebrew remake.

It looks like you used a mouse and MS paint to do the entire thing, but for some reason I like it. My only crit is that it's way to long. That entire thing could have been summed up in maybe four panels to tell that joke.

Other then that, I dig it.

    edit: beaten by mere seconds.

There's not actually a punchline. Think of it like MS Paint Adventures without the interactivity, it's a story. I remember his last one being a hit around here, so don't be too quick to judge either way.

I just finished reading it, and it was pretty good. Again, not much of a punchline, so don't get yourself excited, but some surprisingly smart writing.

    Nice job.

    I dig this.

But shouldn't it be Sisters, Wives and Lies? Seems like stronger ordering for the title.

Right, because all comics must have punchlines. Look it up in the rulebook!

These remind me of those awkward, slightly uncomfortable alternative comics where there's always something sinister lurking beneath the domestic bliss. Even the art style is a tip-off that all is not right in paradise...

Oh man I love it when there are pleasant surprises.

Your comic was already finished. Read it, enjoyed it.

Can't say anything about the art other than it's consistent, simple, and gets the point across.

This really reminds me of The Worst Week of My Life.
The art is certainly rudimentary, and even though some like it, I think the story would be better served with better art. Short term though I think you could have cut one to two characters, the lies become almost impossible to follow. By the end of it I had no idea who was who, or what was what. Thankfully it was tied up in the cop scene.

That being said, it was frickin hilarious.
