So recently according to zone alarm, that some of the program I use are accessing 224.0.0.253 which Google said is related to teredo.
This is troubling me because those program shouldn't need to use internet access at all much less teredo. For example, media player classic, my programming assignment from school asking zone alarm for 224.0.0.253. I did my scan with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware which turn out with nothing. I'm not sure where to look next, help?
Btw, I'm using Windows 7 pro 64bit, if that matters.
In case anybody was actually interested in what happend. I wireshark the packet after a friend's advice. It seems to just be a V2 Membership report / Join group packet, which according to him is just something router throws at computers in the network.
I guess zone alarm was catching those packets but report them as used by whatever program I have in focus at the moment instead of whatever actually spent those.
