So Kerrigan is human again, which leaves us with a lack of relate-able characters for the Zerg campaign.
In StarCraft 1, they were very clever to introduce us to Kerrigan in the Terran campaign, let us get to know her, then move her over to the Zerg campaign. It’s otherwise very difficult to relate to a swarm of space bugs.
I was almost expecting the Jamaican Specter Voodoo guy to get infested, he seems tailor made to become a replacement zerg bad ass, but that didn’t happen, though it still might.
I also considered Samir Duran, but he made no appearance in “Wings of Liberty.” Perhaps a different agent of the Xelnaga?
This leaves the introduction of an entirely new character, presumably another infested Terran, to follow during the upcoming Zerg expansion.
Who do you suppose that might be? Must the primary protagonist be an infested Terran, or is there a viable alternative, such as the Protoss/Zerg Hybrid from the Zeratul missions?
I’m also pondering how the Real Time elements will be executed. In “Wings of Liberty” we spend our free time wandering the halls of a battleship (Anyone every play Wing Commander or Mass Effect?) In “Heart of the Swarm” will we hang out inside an overlord, evolving our upgrades from pools of slime, and chatting with Hydras and Zerglings? The conversation might be pretty one sided... There could be infested Terrans aboard to chat with I suppose, but that seems more like a Terran/Zerg campaign.

Wouldn't that be "Wing of Liberty" Single Player? Apologies if I'm mistaken, but this seemed to warrant it's own thread, by virtue of being about a different campaign.
