Worms is a two-dimensional turn-based physics-oriented annelid warfare simulator. You have a small (in more ways than one) army of worms and you fight each other with everything from shotguns to exploding sheep to The Holy Hand Grenade until only one (or occasionally none) of you has any worms left alive. The whole thing is very cartoony and explodey and is just generally a whole lot of fun. This is the first new 2D Worms game to hit the PC in like nine fucking years. It's fully integrated with Steam, so there's achievements and stuff.
This hot shit drops on the 26th, so buy it already, you assholes.

Well I dunno. From what I've seen people saying, Armageddon has been patched and stuff by people other than the creators which seem to make it better now, and this is closer to the unpatched or something? I could be wrong. A lot of people are talking about not buying it on principle because they don't want to pay 20 dollars for the exact same game, etc.
But I've never paid for any of them so if I'm going to, I'd rather buy the one I know is going to work and has Steam integration and everything.
